FILIPINO SPAGHETTI

FILIPINO SPAGHETTI

ingredients:

1 kls. (2lbs.) spaghetti noodles
1 kls. (2lbs) Spaghetti sauce (tomato sauce)
1 small banana ketchup
1/2 kls. (1 1/2lbs) ground meat (pork or beef)
1 medium sized onions, diced
1 tsp. garlic minced
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can 250ml evaporated milk
1 250ml nestle cream
cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1.in a large pot, pour the water in and bring to a boil.
2.put 2 tsp. of oil
3. add the spaghetti noodles and cook until tender( see package for cooking 
   time) then set aside.
4.using separate pan, sauté the garlic and onions.
5. put the ground meat and let it cook for 5 mins.
6. put the spaghetti sauce (tomato sauce) banana ketchup to add the redness of
    spaghetti, nestle cream and evaporated milk then simmer for 15 to 20 mins.
7. place the sauce on top of the cook noodles and add some cheese. or mixed    
    the sauce and spaghetti noodles together and add some cheese on top.
8. serve hot. share and enjoy.
