PANCIT CANTON


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Medium pancit canton (medium)
  • 1/4 pork thinly sliced (ground pork)
  • 1 pc large onions (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (diced )
  • 1 big pc carrots (sliced)
  • 1/4 kls. baguio beans
  • 3 tsp. soysauce
  • 2tsp. oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • 600 ml watter
  • 1/2 small cabbage (sliced thinly)

INSTRUCTION:

1. Heat a large wok, pour in the cooking oil.
2. Saute the onion and garlic
3. Add pork and  continue to cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the 600ml water and let it boil.
5. Pour the soysauce,oyster sauce, salt and pepper
6. Add the carrots and baguio beans for a mins.
7. Add the pancit canton together with the cabbage toss until the liquid absorb in the noodles.
8. serve and enjoy.
